Full Service Catering Pricing
Set up, bussing, and break down of event. All staff is required to be onsite at a minimum of 9hrs, this does not include travel time to venue. Additional time will be added on in the event your venue is more than 30 minutes out of Charlottesville.
All staff are $22.50 per hour.
Bartenders do supply their own bottle openers and equipment needed to serve
2 kitchen staff members are added to every proposal in the amount of 4 hours. 1 hour for set up, 2 hours of food service, and 1 hour of breakdown. In the event we are doing apps, kitchen hours will remain the same. We will not add on additional time.
Bevie package & Coffee Service
$5pp includes: sodas (coke, diet coke, ginger-ale, sprite, soda water, tonic water, ice tea, water and lemonade) we supply ice, 9 ounce clear plastic cups, lemons and limes
We provide coolers for ice that is to be consumed. We do NOT provide additional coolers for beverages to be iced down. These must be rented.
Coffee is provide by our local fav Shenandoah Joes! caffeinated and decaf coffee, disposable cups, lids, sugar, cream, stirrer at $1.50pp. You must include (2) percolators and (2) urns for coffee brewing and service on your rental order.
Trash & Cake cutting
Trash cans $10 per can and $100 for removal of trash. Please know that they must be rented, we do not bring additional cans on site unless they are part of your proposal. In the event you choose to not go through us for this service. Please make sure that you rent enough cans and purchase liners. We will not supply these for your event!
Cake cutting is $2pp. This includes: plates, utensils, napkins. In the event you choose to supply your own plates, utensils, and napkins there is a flat fee of $50 for any cake 2 tiers and up.
