Pizza Party Pricing

THIS PRICING IS BASED ON TWO HOURS OF PIZZA BUFFET SERVICE.  THE TWO HOUR BLOCK DOES NOT INCLUDE APP OR DESSERT SERVICE. 

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS PRICING IS NOT FOR FULL SERVICE CATERING! IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF SETUP AND BREAKDOWN OF YOUR EVENT REVIEW THE FULL SERVICE CATERING (LINK).

Choose 4 pizzas from our catering menu! You can also create your own personal favorite for your buffet (additional fees may apply).

  • Selection of 4 wood-fired pizzas (2 meat & 2 veggie)- $18/person
  • Seasonal salad and 4 wood-fired pizzas (2 meat & 2 veggie) – $23/person
  • Seasonal salad, 4 wood-fired pizzas (2 meat & 2 veggie), and mini dessert bites – $27/person
  • Kids- $12/person (8 years old and under)
  • Late Night Pizza Party – $18/person

Aside from our awesome wood-fired pizza, we can also provide appetizers for your cocktail hour as well! If this is something you might be interested please let us know and we can forward you the options we have along with pricing.

Late Night Pizza Parties starting at 9:00 pm or later! This menu is a standard menu and consists of Cheese, Pepperoni, one veggie pizza, and one meat pizza! Food and beverage minimums apply

Food & Beverage Minimums (not inclusive of tax, gratuity, staffing, travel fees, etc.) from March through October.

  • Friday: $1000
  • Saturday: $2000
  • Sunday: $1500
  • Monday-Thursday: $750 

An additional fee may apply if your event falls on a major holiday to allow us to compensate our staff for their time.

For events of 50 guests of less, three (3) Blue Ridge Pizza Co kitchen staff are required to be on-site for every event for four (4) hours not including travel time to the venue, if applicable. This includes two (2) kitchen staff members and one (1) staff member to serve as food runner at the charge of $35.00/hour/staff member. 

If event final guest count exceeds 50 guests, additional staff members must be added.

  • Should event restrictions arise due to COVID-19, Vendor may need to provide a staff member to serve the buffet items to your guests. This is dependent on local government regulations.

A 20% administrative fee and 11.3% tax are included on all proposals. Travel fees may apply based on your location. A credit card processing fee of 3% may be added to all credit card payments.

The service fee helps cover cost of doing business. So while the catering contract will show a breakdown of event elements, the administrative fee covers the cost of hours needed to prep and plan your event and is not gratuity for staff.

What’s Included?
Our pricing includes disposable plates, napkins, forks, and knives. We provide a 6′ table with a linen for pizza service and signage for each pizza that lists all ingredients. You are also more than welcome to do rentals versus our disposables. There is no discount in price in the event you choose to do so.

Tastings
If you haven’t tried our pizza before, we are always happy to make you a complimentary pie or two at any public event. Please let us know ahead of time which event you will be attending so we come prepared accordingly! If you would like to have a private tasting, the cost is $150, for up to four (4) guests. A private tasting includes one salad, three appetizer choices, and four pizza choices. In the event you move forward in booking our services, the tasting will be credited back to your final invoice.

Reserving A Date
When you decide you would like to book Blue Ridge Pizza Co. (awesome!), we will send you a proposal to review.  In order to reserve the date, we require a signed copy of the proposal and 25% non-refundable deposit.
Final Numbers & Payment
Fourteen days prior to your event, final menu choices, final guest count, and final payment are due. Please ensure that your final guest count includes all vendors (minus BRPCO staff) as well! We want to ensure the people who helped make your day special are fed as well =). We will send you an invoice at that time with all finalized details. Please remember, if the guest count drops more than 80% of the original proposal number, you will be responsible for the difference.
